This is to ensure safety and enjoyment for all participants engaged in the . Your entry into the premises of the is on strict condition that you comply with the safety and other general instructions given by the r’s staff. You will not be given a refund for any unused time should you be removed from the premises for any reason whatsoever and you acknowledge your entry to the premises is strictly on this basis.
2. On occasion, promotional video or photographs may be used by the Service Provider which may include your image whilst being engaged in .
3. You acknowledge that security video is used on the public areas of premises of the and consent to this use for security and safety purposes.

Strictly no refunds will be provided for any items purchased through the FLIP OUT pop-up store if the purchaser changes their mind or orders the incorrect size.
If you have purchased the incorrect size, you may exchange the item for the correct size within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Any costs incurred during the return of goods are to be covered at the customer's expense.

Faulty items must be returned to FLIP OUT within 30 calendar days after finding the fault. Once received, FLIP OUT will provide the customer with the choice of a refund for that item, replacement of that item (where possible) or adequate compensation.
Here's a few things you need to know about your Party.
A non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking. This allows us to order food and arrange staff to host your party. You may change dates any time up to 7 Days before the day of the party and your deposit will be applied to another date.
You will need to call the Arena back on Monday or Tuesday, to confirm numbers and to make the final payment. Additional guests can be added during this week – simply call the Arena to add additional guests.
Once guests are seated (and bands are removed) in the Party Room or at a Party Station, the guests are no longer allowed back onto the equipment to help avoid sickness and to prevent delaying the next booking.
You are also most welcome to bring your own birthday cake however no other food or drink is allowed, unless stated in your party package. Please discuss these arrangements with the party concierge at time of confirmation. Party rooms and party stations are decorated, please do not bring wall decorations, party sprinkles, confetti, streamers, party poppers or external party decorations within the Arena, otherwise a cleaning fee may be charged.
