Our Little Ninja Classes are all about assisting with your child’s development in a fun and safe environment.
We train to achieve co-ordination, agility and balance. All of these skills will assist your youngster in the real world. Agility - the ability to move quickly and easily when required - will improve their reaction time and could prevent accidents. Strengthening their co-ordination will enable them to use the different elements of their body at the same time, in a seamless manner.
Being able to remain steady on your feet, and knowing how to shift your weight appropriately is a terrific skill to learn at a young age. Balance is a large part of trampolining. Co-ordination, balance and agility will all help with your child’s overall motor skills.
We understand that all children are unique and develop differently. So, we teach them to complete tricks at THEIR pace. Tricks include back flips and jump twists among others. As incentives to keep developing and improving their skills, we reward the children with different coloured belt shirts (starting with white and working up to black).
Our expert trainers will be there to keep your kids safe, and to ensure they’re having a blast at the same time! They’ll be flipping off the walls and floor, learning all the cool ninja tricks… but rest assured there are no fighting moves, so your little ones are in good hands. You are welcome to watch the classes from inside the arena and get a coffee from our café.
Remember, when we exercise, our bodies release endorphins. So, while trampolining is fantastic for physical strength, it also aids with mental health. It can help with anxiety, depression and sleep patterns.
A Little Ninja Class is also a magnificent social activity. Bring your friends or make new friends and have a ball!
