Book your kids' party 4 to 6 week before your preferred date and time to ensure you don't miss out. Call us to discuss a last minute kids' party.
Yes you can. Telephone us so we can help arrange a last minute kids' party for you and your guests.
There is a minimum of 10 guests required at Flip Out Darwin, for all catered kids' parties. Self-catered Swagger parties have no minimum.
To book your kids' birthday party, we require a deposit of 50%. Please pay the remaining balance by the Monday before your party booking. Note the deposit is non-refundable.
Yes of course! If you need to add additional guests to your kids' party, simply contact us to alter the numbers and arrange the payment. Please note that catered hot food may not be able to be provided for guests added less than 24 hours prior to the party. We may not be able to add guests if we no longer have capacity for that time.
We suggest your guests arrive 15 minutes before the party commencement time. That way, everyone will enjoy the entire party!
