To ensure you don’t miss the party date and time you prefer we suggest you book 4-6 weeks out. For last minute kids' parties please feel free to call us directly.
Yes you can! Call us and we'll help you plan a last minute kids' party for you.
Flip Out Penrith requires a minimum of 10 guests for their catered kids' parties. However, the self-catered Swagger parties have no minimum guests number.
We require a non-refundable deposit of 50% to book your kids' birthday party, with the remaining balance being paid the Monday prior to your booking.
Of course you can! If you need to add guests to your kids' party call us to arrange payment. Please note, any guest added less than 24 hours before the party may not be able to be catered for hot food. Also note, we may not be able to add any additional guests if we have passed our capacity for that time period.
We suggest your guests arrive 15 minutes before the party commencement time to make sure all children get maximum party time!
