How far in advance should I book my kids' birthday party at Flip Out Castle Hill?
To ensure you can book in your preferred party time and date we suggest you book 4-6 weeks out. For last minute kids' parties please call us to discuss.
The website says, “online sales closed” can I still book?
Yes of course! Give us a call, we can help arrange a last minute kids' party for you.
What are the minimum guest numbers required?
Flip Out Castle Hill requires a minimum of 10 guests for catered kids' parties. The self-catered Swagger parties do not require a minimum number of guests.
How does payment work?
To book your kids' birthday party, a 50% deposit is requested, with the remaining balance to be paid on the Monday prior to the booking. The deposit is non-refundable.
Can I add extra party guests after I make my kids' birthday party booking?
Yes! If you would like to add guests to your kids' party please call us via phone to arrange the payment. Please note, any guest added later than 24 hours before the party may not be catered to for hot food. Also, please note that if we have passed our capacity for that time period, we may not be able to add additional guests.
How long before the birthday party should I arrive at Flip Out Castle Hill?
We suggest guests arrive about 15 minutes prior to the start time of their party to ensure all children get maximum party time!
